I doubt it. We’ve seen the entire school gathered at assemblies throughout different seasons and we’ve never seen male students. Besides, wizards have their own schools.
That doesn't necessarily mean they can't attend Cloud Tower. As for schools for wizards, some wizards might want to go to Cloud Tower and learn dark magic that they may not be able to learn anywhere else.
Griffin and others have said many times Cloud Tower is a school for “witches”. Concerning the guy in the comics you were talking about, she might have been offering a special admission. We also have to remember that the comics are their own canon.
Also, Alfea is a fairy school exclusively for young girls, and since Cloud Tower is its sort of unspoken counterpart, it’d only make sense to admit young girls, who happen to be witches - meaning no place for wizards.
On the wiki: "Though they have been shown in the series, it is unknown whether they are simply male counterparts of witches or an entirely distinct race, as no wizard has ever been shown at Cloud Tower". This quote could mean that it might be possible that there are male witches and wizards are an entirely different species.
It very well could be possible, I just personally don’t think so based on everything we’ve seen thus far.
I don't know.... We will wait if Cloud Tower had a male wizards/witches.....
